FJB Construction Ltd is a Dublin based building contractor that employs a team of fully trained and qualified tradesman. The company was established by Fintan Brady in 2003 and takes on a wide range of works both big and small including new builds, extensions, refurbishments, renovations, alterations, attic conversions, carpentry, decking & roofing.
Our focus is on reliability and attention to detail while liaising closely with the client on a daily basis enables us to deliver the contract on time, within budget and as always to a very high specification.
FJB Construction Ltd are happy to work in conjunction with your architect, designer or consulting engineers. We also work closely with independent consulting engineers who work directly for you and provide a one-stop shop for design, planning permission and Certificates of Compliance.
We pride ourselves on delivering you an exact, detailed yet competitive quote. Before the commencement of every project we provide a full schedule of works and payment plan.

Is the company insured?
Yes, we have both Public and Employers liability.

What is the project process?
During the initial inquiry, general information about the project will be gathered and a meeting is scheduled for a free consultation. At this meeting, more details about what the customer is looking for is gathered and the site and project will be assessed. Our recommendations and options will also be discussed. Based on the plans and materials required, we can then provide a written quotation, typically within 1-2 weeks.

During what hours are you available to meet customers?
As per agreement with the customer.

Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, if it is directly related to the project.

Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
Yes, as per agreement.

Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes. In relation to work carried out by FJB Construction, we provide a 6 month warranty for minor defects, an 18 month warranty for major defects and a 6 year warranty for structural defects.
